Resolving Dispatcher Access Issues in LM

This article provides a solution for dispatchers who are unable to see specific loads or enter SAP shipment numbers in LM (Logistics Management).

Symptoms

Dispatcher cannot see loads assigned to ADM, TSC in Order Planning.
Dispatcher cannot enter the SAP shipment number in Order Entry.

Resolution

1. Granting Division and Site Access

Navigate to the dispatcher's profile in LM.
Locate the "Order Planning" section.
In the "Division" field, grant access to: ADM, TSC
In the "Site" field, grant access to: YA, YB, RK

2. Enabling SAP Shipment Number Entry

Go to SYS Admin / Permissions.
Click on Permission Manager.
Edit the dispatcher's user profile.
Navigate to Menu Screen Permissions / Dispatch / Customer Service.
Locate aditSAPShipmentNo and select it.
Grant permission for aditSAPShipmentNo.
